How and where will I be picked up?
Our contracted driver will wait at the designated meeting point mentioned in your booking confirmation, displaying a sign with your name for easy identification.
What if my flight is delayed?
Don’t worry! We monitor flight schedules. Your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly to ensure a smooth transfer.
What is the advance booking deadline?
We kindly request that you make your reservation at least 24 hours before your desired pickup time. This allows us to ensure a seamless and timely service for your transportation needs.
How will I be updated on my booking status?
Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive an initial confirmation email for your reservation request. This confirmation is provisional. Shortly thereafter, you’ll receive a final confirmation indicating that your transfer has been successfully reserved with a local contractor. In case your transfer is not available you will receive a cancellation notice.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, simply reply to the transfer confirmation email.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled transfer pickup time. In case you cancel later, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Can I modify my booking details?
Yes, you can make changes to your booking details. Simply reply to the transfer confirmation email.
How is the transfer price calculated?
You’ll always receive a comprehensive fixed price, which includes all taxes and fees, for the entire vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers. This price will be displayed as you progress through the booking process and select your pickup and destination locations. Are there additional fees for excess luggage?
Our transfer service provides a spacious and comfortable experience for our passengers. There is no additional fee for luggage; the only limit is the capacity of the vehicle. If you’re traveling with more passengers, we kindly ask that you bring less luggage, and if you have fewer passengers, feel free to bring more luggage.
Is there a child seat option available?
Yes, we offer a complimentary child seats upon request. Make sure to specify your requirements during the booking process.
How does the card payment process work?
Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of booking, or the payment will be refunded free of charge in case of cancellation.
Will I receive an invoice?
If you make your taxi transfer payment using a credit or debit card, a receipt will be sent to your email address.
